What is a Registered Dietitian?
Registered Dietitians, also known as RD’s, are food and nutrition specialists who are licensed to practice in the healthcare field.
Debunking the myth: there is a common misconception that your RD is going to tell you the perfect diet for you body with a few quick rules. Instead, RD’s will work with you over time to assess your nutritional needs and lifestyle habits in order to integrate intuitive eating, education, and progressive positive change.
