A personal trainer can help you develop a safe and effective individualized workout plan to help you achieve your goals. Whether you meet regularly or periodically they can assist you with corrective feedback and accountability. All of our team are professionally certified through nationally recognized organizations.

OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING

UCSD Recreation is now offering Outdoor Personal Training. These 1 hour sessions will be in person on the RIMAC field with proper safety protocol strictly adhered to as well as equipment provided. A professionally certified Personal Trainer will guide you through an individually designed session.

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

UCSD Recreation is now offering Virtual Personal Training. The comfort of being in your own home combined with a professionally certified Personal Trainer taking you through the steps of a great workout. The personalized training sessions are 1 hour on Zoom along with equipment rental if needed.
