Welcome to the UC San Diego Cricket Team — one of the newest and most exciting sports
clubs on campus!

We proudly represent UC San Diego in the National College Cricket Championship (NCCA),
Collegiate Cricket League (CCL) and the SoCal Shield, competing against top university
teams across the country and Southern California, including UC Irvine, USC, UCLA, UC
Berkeley, ASU, and more.

Our team combines competition, community, and fun. Whether you’re an experienced cricketer
or completely new to the sport, we invite you to come out, meet the team, and experience one
of the world’s oldest and most dynamic games.

Practice Schedule

Location: Muir Field
Tuesdays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Fridays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

UC Berkeley chose to bat, scoring a competitive 114 runs in their 10 overs. UCSD started off strong with the bat, and continued their momentum through, eventually scoring 78 runs in just 7 overs. Read More>>

UCSD lost the toss and was put in to bat. The opening batsman provided a flying start, and the momentum continued throughout the innings as each subsequent batter maintained an aggressive approach, putting consistent pressure on the opposition bowlers. Read More>>

UCLA chose to bat first, having UCSD start with the ball. The bowlers delivered a top performance bowling UCLA out for just 122 runs in a reduced format match of only 15 overs. Read More>>
