10/12/25 - UCSD vs UC Berkeley El Monte T10 Tournament Final

UC Berkeley chose to bat, scoring a competitive 114 runs in their 10 overs. UCSD started off strong with the bat, and continued their momentum through, eventually scoring 78 runs in just 7 overs. At this point in the game, the lighting at the ground had gotten worse, and the game was forced to get called off. However, due to DLS, and under the revised target scores for that point in the game, UCSD found themselves ahead of the par score needed at that stage of the chase, claiming the victory. The win meant that UCSD were crowned the champions of the El Monte T10 Tournament Final, beating UC Berkeley by 4 runs on Duckworth Lewis.

With the ball, Parth Bhagwat (2-1-12-1) put up a solid performance, picking up a crucial wicket and conceding a mere 12 runs in his 2 overs. In the chase, Pramesh Singhavi powered UCSD in the second innings, scoring 37 runs in 21 balls. Parth Bhagwat carried the momentum forward with Pramesh, scoring 20 runs in just 12 balls. The position the batters put UCSD in after 7 overs meant that UCSD were ahead of the required par-score and were awarded winners under the revised conditions.
