Schedule a FitLife Mobile Service

CHANGE YOUR CULTURE, CHANGE YOUR LIFE

FitLife Mobile brings fitness & wellness programs to you! Customize your health options by requesting a recurring class, a one-day class, service or workshop, and more. Choose the location, type of class or service, day and time, and we will send a certified fitness or wellness specialist directly to you.

HOW IT WORKS

Whenever your student organization, group of colleagues, or department wants to host a single event or series of classes – you will schedule an appropriate facility. Next,  you will complete the request form listed above. Once we have received your request and we have confirmed a certified specialist for your request, we will send an agreement for you to sign for confirmation. Agreements can be paid by recharge, check, or credit card.

Request Deadlines: 

  • Recurring and one-time Fitness & Yoga classes - minimum two week lead time
  • Wellness Workshops and Chair Massage - minimum three week lead time
  • Occupational Fitness & Wellness, Retreats, Large Events, and Custom Programming - minimum four week lead time

WHAT WE OFFER

Recurring Fitness, Yoga and Pilates Classes

Request to have one of our fitness professionals lead your group in the format and location of your choice on a weekly basis! Your request must be for three or more consecutive weeks to qualify for our recurring rates.

Recurring Fitness/Yoga/Pilates - $59/59/70

Bodyweight Bootcamp - No need for weights or bands to get a great all full body workout combining cardio, strength, and mobility. Get it all done in this one great class.

Cardio Dance - (Zumba, Worldanz, etc.) Cardio Dance is a dynamic aerobics workout using contemporary dance movement to raise your heartrate and make you sweat. Each class is a uniquely choreographed experience. It's so fun you won't even realize you're working out.

Core de Force - Take on boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai in 3-minute rounds. For 3 minutes, you'll attack Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations. Add bodyweight moves and a fat-blasting cardio spike in every round.

Yoga - The practice of Hatha yoga uses the alignment of the body and breathing techniques to build strength, increase flexibility and balance to gain a greater sense of well-being. Suitable for all levels of experience. Other yoga formats available (Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Relaxation, Gentle Hatha, Mobility Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and more!)

CoreFit - Fire up your abdominal core with a challenging series of dynamic movements targeting your body's powerhouse from top to bottom, including the back, front, and sides. Forget the crunches. Let's build a strong core!

Fuel Your Day – What we eat can vastly improve our energy levels. In this workshop, learn how to eat to help you feel your best and establish structure to your daily eating habits. - $90/129/166

Meal Prep 101 – In this workshop learn the basics to prepare more of your own meals at home regardless of your current cooking level. Easy meal and snack recipes will be provided! - $90/129/166

Nutrition Mythbusters – There is a lot of confusing nutrition information out there and not all of it is accurate. This workshop focuses on debunking the many nutrition myths. Get the truth about carbs, keto, intermittent fasting, supplements and more to learn what is actually healthy! - $90/129/166

The Psychology of Eating and How to Improve your Relationship with Food - $90/129/166

Custom Nutrition Workshops

Customized Nutrition Workshops - These workshops are customized based on the interests of your group. Details will be discussed by the Dietitian and the presentation organizer by phone, email or meeting.
Example topics: sport-specific (or team specific) nutrition, pregnancy and lactation, veganism or vegetarianism, specific medical conditions, current research and nutritional science topics, etc. $193/258/348

Basic Wellness Workshops

Proactive Wellness - Take control of the driver's seat when it comes to your personal wellness! Learn the science behind how our bodies feel and respond to stimuli throughout the day and tips to help mitigate stress to prevent burnout. This workshop includes breathing exercises and a movement break! - $90/129/166

Mindfulness Workshop - In this workshop, participants will be guided through an overview of various mindfulness techniques and will learn to implement these techniques into everyday life. - $90/129/166

Tour de Rec - Learn about all that Recreation has to offer! We will provide an overview of current and special programming available to campus. This workshop includes a movement break! $0/0/0

Yoga Nidra - Our schedules are busy, our lives dynamic; we are constantly adding to our “to-do” list and planning our next move. Yoga Nidra offers a profound respite from the frenetic pace of work and school, an antidote to stress, overwhelm and depletion.  During this workshop we’ll discuss and explore how the practice of Yoga Nidra allows for deep rest and restoration by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Gentle movement will precede a fully guided Yoga Nidra mediation done lying down. You will leave feeling refreshed, recharged and rejuvenated!

Roller-Skating FUN-damentals- Have a blast learning the fundamentals of roller skating! This workshop will help you get comfortable on your wheels. Participants will learn to roller skate by applying simple body movements which will help improve resilience, agility, balance, and coordination. All levels welcome. Come roll with us! Customized Wellness Workshops - These workshops are customized based on the interests of your group.   • Meditation blanket rental - $5 per blanket
  • Food demo - For an additional rate, food demonstration can be added to a nutrition workshop! Food demonstration includes recipe printouts and samples for attendees. - $5 per person
  • Sound bath - add a sound bath to your mindfulness workshop or yoga class for increased relaxation and healing. Our instructor will play our singing bowl as part of the program. $5

Occupational Fitness & Wellness (Staff & Faculty/ Community)

There are multiple factors that influence the effectiveness of each individual’s work performance. Request any of the following offerings to help your team reduce injuries and stress, increase stamina and efficiency, and create a healthy lifestyle on and off the job.

Injury Prevention Program - This program helps your team get ready for the day! Participants meet as a group at their worksite on a weekly basis to learn mobility and stability exercises that will help to prevent job-related musculoskeletal injury. - $59/70 (Contact Teresa Guglielmo, tguglielmo@ucsd.edu for more information on this program)

Wellness Check-ins - Provide regular one-on-one wellness check-ins for your staff with one of our roving wellness experts. Participants will receive support and exercises tailored to their specific needs. Wellness Check-ins are provided on a weekly basis. - $59/59/70

Desk Yoga - Help your team refresh and recharge in our weekly Desk Yoga classes! Sequences are designed to help participants improve mental clarity and focus, develop a deeper sense of team connection, and alleviate chronic symptoms that occur from sitting from the comfort of your office space. - $59/59/70

Floating Lotus - Our regular worklife experience provides little room for recharge and recovery, leaving us in a constant state of reactivty. Floating Lotus classes provide roving one-on-one mindfulness opportunities to help your team learn to skillfully and calmly navigate their day. - $59/59/70

Get Up Tritons, Live! - The news is out, sitting is not good for your health. It's easy to sit at your desk for hours without moving. Don't worry, we have a solution! In this workshop, one of our fitness professionals will teach you how to reverse the negative effects of sitting. - $90/129/166

Wake up. Work/Class. Sleep. Repeat. It can be challenging to prioritize wellness with a full work or class schedule. Our one-day wellness retreats may serve as the perfect solution for your department, office, or student group.
