A dominant 5 goal second period, a strong performance in net by sophomore goalie Michael Haskins, and a hattrick by senior Reese Wissmueller led the Tritons to win 7-2 over CSU Long Beach. Triton's strong powerplay led to 3 goals. Michael Haskins stopped 26 shots out of 28 on his season debut and Junior Sean Miller scored his first goal for Triton hockey with a strong performance throughout the game.
