2/22/25 - Rosena Ranch & CBR #2
UCSD Cycling had a strong showing at CBR #2 in Los Angeles this weekend, with standout performances across multiple races. The highlight of the day came in the Men’s 2/3 race, where Dominic Orlando delivered a dominant breakaway performance to take the win. Racers worked together throughout the 4/5 race, with many freshmen racing for the first time, covering attacks and positioning well in the final laps to help sprint at the line.
Tritons put in solid efforts across the day’s events. The riders showed aggressive racing, making key moves and staying active in the packs. Whether in breakaways, chasing down attacks, or contesting the sprints, UCSD cycling made its presence known. The team continues to build strategy and skill and is poised to be a strong team in the 2025 Southern California racing scene.
