Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- Spinach tortilla
- Black beans
- Trader Joe’s Chopped Salad Mix
- Salsa
- Avocado
- Optional Toppings: Pumpkin seeds, cheese
Directions:
- Warm tortilla on skillet and place on plate.
- Spoon black beans down center of tortilla
- Add chopped salad mix
- Spoon salsa over mixture
- Place sliced avocado on top
- Roll up and Enjoy!
