This game was played on a Tuesday night, just 48 hours after the Tritons finished up a back to back road trip in Arizona. Coming back home to play SDSU is not an easy matchup under any circumstances, especially after coming home from a tough 2 game series. Once more Connor Tabone would man the net for the Tritons. Defense was once again an issue for the Tritons as 13 pucks would get by Tabone in this one. However, the Tritons did show bursts of offense, scoring 5 on a stingy SDSU defensive squad. Goals from Andrew Chua, Daniel Sabater, Alexei Davis, CJ Girard, and Charles Palmer would be all the positives to take from this one.
