In the Triton's last away game of the season, they traveled to UC Riverside where they very easily bested their opponents. The Tritons came out hard from the first whistle, and their work paid off. Within the first 15 minutes, the Tritons were up 2-0 thanks to goals from Grad Student Ben Tsuda. The first half ended 4-0, with Ben Tsuda netting 3 goals and Grad Student Voja Maric adding to the tally as well. The second half painted a similar picture as the first, with the Tritons dominating in every area of the field. Grad Student Ben Tsuda added 3 more goals to his total, while Junior Midfielder Jonny Levine scored his first goal of his UCSD with a cracker of a strike. UCR was able to pull one goal back for consolation, but the overall strong performance by the Tritons brings the final score to 8-1. With this win, the Tritons hope to win their next game to advance to Regionals.
