On the weekend of October 22nd, 2022, UC San Diego kicked off the IHSA show season with our home show hosted at Hansen Dam in Los Angeles, CA. This is the first show of the season as well as our first show with our new barn, Chestnut Hills. We were very proud to host such a smoothly-run show thanks to the dedication of our members!

We had many members compete as well!

A special thanks to our trainers, Kit Cunningham and Shayne Wireman for coaching our riders!

- Isabella Anderson placed 1st in Intermediate Flat and 5th in Intermediate Over Fences on Saturday

- Jordan Green got 4th place in Intermediate Flat and 3rd place in Intermediate Over Fences on Sunday

- Skyler Sloane placed 5th in Limit Flat and 2nd in Limit Over Fences on Saturday, as well as placing 3rd in Limit Over Fences on Sunday

- Megan Salek placed 5th in Limit Over Fences on Sunday

- Amelia Lohrenz got 1st place in Pre-Novice Flat on Saturday

- Sophia Hermosillo placed 2nd in Pre-Novice Flat on Sunday
