This weekend the UCSD Equestrian Team traveled to Phoenix, AZ to compete at ASU's IHSA show. Our riders put down some great rides, with Saturday highlights including a 2nd in Intermediate Fences for Isabella Anderson, 2nd in Limit Fences for Megan Salek, 5th in Limit flat for Astrid Maves, 2nd in prenovice for Amelia Lohrenz, and 4th in Novice for Kristen Lee. Sunday highlights include 2nd in prenovice for Amelia Lohrenz, and 3rd in Novice for Kristen Lee. We want to congratulate Amelia Lohrenz on such a successful weekend that allowed her to point out of Prenovice and into Novice! And a special thank you to our coach Kit Cunningham for all that she does for us!
