Ten minutes into the match, UC San Diego decided they needed to make the game tougher on themselves. The Tritons were shown a red card for the 4^th time this season. San Marcos had their hopes crushed by a goal that had more curve than a banana. Freshman, Luka “Stranostkiytsfjiireijjjds” Scotzniovsky, smacked the ball with authority and put the Tritons up 1-0. The Tritons fought for 60 minutes down a man and pulled out a gritty win.
