A small group of team members drove up to Redwood City to participate in Stanford's home race, the “Treeathlon”. The race was a classic sprint distance consisting of a 600 meter swim, 12.5 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run. While most members raced and did well in the classic race, three members, Jacob, Makenna, and Travis all participated in the draft legal race which is a smaller more competitive field and did well. Overall, it was a good race to prepare everyone for the upcoming conference race this season.
