This tournament was super fun! It was only one day, round-robin style, so we played all of the women's teams that attended. We ended up playing four games - three pool play games and one game for position - and we won the whole tournament! The win was on a technicality though, as Occidental College would have played us for first place, but ended up forfeiting, so we ended up winning. Instead of simply leaving, we decided to team up with UCLA's B team, which was a very small team, and play Clairemont, who had a super large team. This was a super fun game, and we ended up making friends with a lot of the players on both teams! We couldn't have won this weekend however without our rookie handlers, Claire Wang and Kelly Woo, who really helped lead us to victory, and definitely stepped up. We have sectionals coming up, and we absolutely can't wait!
