The Triton Cricket team faced off against Caltech at Muir field in the late afternoon hours. UCSD lost the toss and was put into bowl first. Although UCSD displayed a relatively new roster for the matchup, the bowlers and fielders did well to get Caltech all out for 101 in 16 overs. Kulveer Setya (4.0-0-10-2) and Lincoln Mehndiratta (4.0-0-12-2) were outstanding as they got the key breakthroughs. UCSD began their chase flamboyantly as their batters got off to a flyer. With the score halfway there, UCSD lost 6 wickets in quick succession and was in trouble. However, Kanishk Hari (28 off 27) and Kulveer Setya (14 off 21) saved the day. UCSD won by 4 wickets.
