So grateful to bring up 19 awesome sailors to Long Beach this weekend! At the annual Anteater regatta, UCSD brought up three boats and catered one from UC Irvine. Thank you to the beautiful Alamitos Bay Yacht Club for hosting this weekend. We had a great view of the water, palm trees, and the mountains behind them with sun the whole time! On Saturday, it started out pretty light and then picked up to 11-12 knots. Getting 16 races in. On Sunday, there was solid wind building through the day with a completion of 8 races. Wind was not as shifty, but higher wind was present. Thank you to UC Irvine for hosting another amazing Anteater regatta, we love to come up every year!
