For many of our players, this was their very first time playing a rugby game which was a great experience for not only them but the returners as well. As a club, we have never played 7's before, because it is different from our normal 15 player game, so It was a new experience that certainly helped us a lot. There were a lot of very skilled, experienced teams that have been practicing all summer so our level of play was not quite there. However, it did give us some great insight to what we need to work on these coming weeks!
