The Lady Tritons walked out onto the field, this past Sunday March 1st, with excitement as they were ready to continue on into their doubleheader weekend against Concordia University Irvine. 

The Tritons started off the game with a slow start but once a goal was put up on the board, they were ready to play the game they know and love. Senior Nicole Goodwin gave the Lady Tritons the first of many goals. Goodwin continued to impress the crowd with another notable 5 goals. A powerhouse on the field, Goodwin was able to complete transition from the defense. Freshmen Gillian Husovsky (2 goals), Ellen Jurgens (2 goals), and Kika Funk (1 goal) all put points on the board. 

The Lady Tritons came out with a 13-2 win against the Concordia Eagles. Overall, the Tritons have demonstrated to be a threat in their division and look forward to another doubleheader weekend March 7th & 8th.
