The game against UC Berkeley was one of the most exciting this season. The Tritons started out with an early lead, scoring 2 goals within the first few minutes of the first quarter. The Bears quickly fought back and put two goals on the board. This set the stage for what would be a very close, exciting match up. With scores being 6-4, 7-8, 11-11, and 14-16 after each quarter, it’s clear that both teams were fighting hard for the win. The Triton attackers made significant strides in this game, and 7 different players scored goals against the Bears. Destiny Lewis and Sabrina Forbes led the team with 3 goals each. Sabrina Forbes and Kayla Tracy were strong competitors in the midfield, each getting 5 draw controls. Ultimately, UC Berkeley kept the momentum going and achieved the win.
