Starting off the first game of this crosstown rivalry, the UCSD Tritons faced off against the USD Toreros, excited to face this opponent again after they restarted their program. And UCSD did not disappoint their hometown crowd, putting seven goals up against USD and securing their second win of the season. The Tritons felt very good about not only their prolific offense, but also their tight defense, only allowing one goal against. This game brought a lot of positives for the UCSD team and they hope it is a late turn for the better in their season.
