Our Tritons drove up to Cal Poly SLO for playoff weekend. In their first game against the first seed of the Northern Conference, UC Davis, we scored first in the first quarter, with senior Sam Kalt scoring on a rebound during a short corner, with the Aggies later fighting back to tie it 1-1. Again, our Tritons scored in the second quarter, with junior captain Simran Jandu netting a beautiful shot on a stroke to the bottom left corner, and UC Davis tied it up at 2-2. The entire second half went scoreless with some amazing defense by both teams. The game went into overtime and unfortunately, Davis scored on an interception out of our defense. Although we couldn't pull out the win, our Tritons played incredibly well, especially with the pouring rain throughout the entire game!
