Following a series of scrimmages against rivals and friends SDSU, UCSD took on SDSU for the final scrimmage of the year. In a high-scoring scrimmage against SDSU, UCSD emerged victorious with a 7-0 final score. Coming into the final scrimmage of the quarter against SDSU, the Tritons knew exactly what they needed to focus on and develop going into the new year. Your tritons put more emphasis on improving their passing, ball movement, and implementing new skills. Their ability to connect on the field was exceptional, leading to several impressive goals. Tritons were able to capitalize well off solid defensive short corners and well executed penalty strokes, all due to the exceptional ball movement which created these opportunities.  The Tritons have enjoyed their scrimmages with SDSU this past quarter and are looking forward to facing them again in the new year!
