Club Swim had their first official meet of the season, which was an Intrasquad meet between Gold and Blue. Despite the weather, the meet was an overall success with many swimmers achieving Nationals cuts. In the end, the Gold team won over Blue with a final scoreline of 855-706. There were some amazing performances from each side. From the Gold side, Ryan Lee, Tony Zheng, Matthew Swida, and Marisol Alvarez were the top point scorers, while on the Blue side, Ryan Zhao, Dylan Oquendo, Nicholas O’Shea, Amanda Martilla, and Regine Valdez led the way. 

Despite the meet occurring just 2 weeks after the quarter started, the team showed out to every practice and worked hard in order to achieve best times and Nationals cuts. The team looks to continue the momentum as they gear up for the first travel meet of the season at the University of Oregon!!
