Loss (5-9)

UCSD hits the road and travels up to Santa Barbra to take on the Gauchos. After a hard fought game, the Tritons faced a tough loss, complete with many scuffles and penalties from both sides. Egged on by a vocal and passionate SB crowd and an aggressive Gaucho team, the Tritons would not go down easy and continued throughout the game to give UCSB their all and leave it all out on the ice. Despite it not ending well for UCSD, they finished the game at least proud of their efforts.
