Where to Give

When you make a gift to Recreation, you can support the department, program, team, or initiative of your choice. Simply choose from the giving opportunities below.

Whether they are taking yoga classes, competing on an esports or sports clubs team, officiating intramurals, backpacking through the Sierra Nevada, learning to cook healthy meals or being a lifeguard, more students are engaged with UC San Diego Recreation than with any other co-curricular program on campus. Experiences like these and more enhance students’ college experience and create the foundation for lifelong well-being.

Our vision is to inspire all Tritons to lead an active life. And with your support, we can empower all our students to build community on campus, nurture lifelong friendships, develop healthy lifestyle habits, and cultivate leadership skills that will ensure their success at UC San Diego and beyond.

Ways to Give

You can make your gift through any of the following convenient methods:

  • To make your gift via credit card, choose an opportunity below and click on the “Give Now!”
  • To mail a contribution, please make your check payable to “UC San Diego Foundation” and write the fund name and number on the memo line. Mail to:

Outright gifts can be made by check, credit card, stock transfer, recurring donation, electronic funds transfer, or payroll deduction (for UC San Diego employees). Gifts may be submitted by donating online (details below), or contacting Liz Henry. 

Annual or multiyear pledges enable you to make your gift over your preferred time frame.
