Are you a UCSD Grad student? Recreation is offering graduate students aFREE quarter long Personal Wellness Program this summer. The program provides individualized fitness and small group training with your peers and our wellness instructors, giving you the opportunity to create a lifestyle of well-being and helping you achieve your fitness goals. The program consists of an initial physical fitness assessment, entrance interviews with UCSD Recreation wellness instructors, weekly small group fitness training and a follow-up fitness personalized program design. Weekly small groups have one hour training sessions.
Summer 2014 sessions begin the week of July 7. Choose one of the two sections offered:

Friday 1-2 7/11-8/29
