VISITOR GUIDELINES

Principles of Community

To foster the best possible working and learning environment, UC San Diego strives to maintain a climate of fairness, cooperation, and professionalism. Please review this list of restricted items prior to your visit. 

Assistive Listening Devices

Listening devices are available upon request at the LionTree Arena Lobby.

Disabled Access

Disabled seating is available on the Concourse level of the LionTree Arena and on the Arena floor. Elevator access is available from the Arena lobby to the Arena floor.

Behavior

Patrons are encouraged to participate and be enthusiastic at Arena events. However, guests may not offend others or be unreasonably abusive to other guests, players or staff. Any guests who engage in extremely disruptive or abusive behavior will be asked to leave the premises.

Door Open / Re-entry Policy

Generally, doors open one hour prior to event start time. LionTree Arena has a “no re-admission” policy. Once guests have entered through the main entrance, they will not be allowed to exit and re-enter.

First Aid

There are certified Emergency Medical Technicians at every major event. Normally, they are located in the LionTree Arena lobby. If you or another guest required medical attention, please notify an Event Staff member or proceed to the Arena lobby.

Lost and Found

The Lost and Found is located in the RIMAC building in the Equipment Room. For inquiries, please call (858) 534-3557 after the day of the event.

Restrooms

There are 2 men’s and 2 women’s restrooms located on the Concourse Level near the Concession Stands and on the Arena floor level by the staircase.

Smoking

The LionTree Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the facility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the UCSD campus.

Animal Policy

No pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome
