Due to only having one practice before the game, UCSD came out a bit slow. USD got a quick lead on us scoring 5 goals. In the second period though, UCSD came back with a new energy. Half way in the third period, the score was 5-5. Sadly, USD got a couple lucky goals in securing a win for their team. UCSD plays USD another couple times, so we will look to take revenge and improve against them in future outings.
