Tritons continue their winning streak against the alumni, showing the players of teams past that our team is more than capable to take on the SLC. It was a fun and action packed game. Notable scorers from the alumni were Nick Dean (UCSD '05), and recent grad David Mastro (UCSD '18). Other alums kept the away team in the game like defenseman Ryan DeLeon (UCSD '16) and goalie Tyler Lestak (UCSD '18).

However the athleticism of the current Triton team was too much for the alumni team to handle. Grant Barclay (sophomore midfield) led the scoring with three goals, with help from Andy Moudakis (senior midfield) and Aditya Nag (junior midfield). The defense led by captain Matteo Leibman (junior defense) and Justin Norton (junior goalie) kept the alumni trailing for the entire game. It’s safe to say that the alumni are beyond satisfied with the game and will have to come see some home games at Muir in the spring.
