This was the first time we played this team and it was a great learning experience for the team.  The match was very tight and came down to the very last over. While the opponents did win, UCSD played incredibly well and put up a tough fight. Our middle order batsmen did a good job rotating strike and putting up numbers on the board. On the field our bowlers did a good job containing the opponents and putting pressure on them. Unfortunately, a lot of runs were given due to underwhelming fielding efforts which was mostly due to bad pitch conditions.
