FitLife Mobile brings fitness & wellness programs to you! Request a weekly recurring class, a one-day class, service or workshop, wellness retreats and more. Choose the location, type of class or service, day and time, and we will send a certified fitness or wellness specialist directly to you.

REQUEST DEADLINES
- Recurring and one-time Fitness & Yoga classes - minimum two week lead time
- Wellness Workshops - minimum three week lead time
- Wellness Retreats, Large Events, and Custom Programming - minimum four week lead time
PROGRAMS & PRICING
Request to have one of our fitness professionals lead your group in the format and location of your choice on a weekly basis! Your request must be for three or more consecutive weeks to qualify for our recurring rates.

AVAILABLE CLASS FORMATS
Bodyweight Bootcamp - No need for weights or bands to get a great all full body workout combining cardio, strength, and mobility. Get it all done in this one great class.
Core Fit - Fire up your abdominal core with a challenging series of dynamic movements targeting your body's powerhouse from top to bottom, including the back, front, and sides. Forget the crunches. Let's build a strong core!
Cardio Dance - Cardio Dance is a dynamic aerobics workout using contemporary dance movement to raise your heartrate and make you sweat. Each class is a uniquely choreographed experience. It's so fun you won't even realize you're working out.
Yoga - The practice of Hatha yoga uses the alignment of the body and breathing techniques to build strength, increase flexibility and balance to gain a greater sense of well-being. Suitable for all levels of experience. Other yoga formats available (Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Relaxation, Gentle Hatha, Mobility Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and more!)
Pilates Mat - Pilates Mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. This class will also utilize various small props to enhance and intensify the workout. Cultivate stability and stand tall!

It can be challenging to prioritize wellness with a full schedule. Our one-day wellness retreats may serve as the perfect solution for your department, office, or student group. Allow us to help your team relax, recharge, and connect on a deeper level all while learning techniques that will help each individual thrive moving forward. - Pricing varies and is available after consultation. AVAILABLE RETREAT OPTIONS
Custom Wellness Retreat - Reset and recharge your mind, body and spirit with activities led by our wellness experts. Your team will unwind together with activities such as: mindfulness labyrinth, forest bath walking meditation, sound healing, customized mindfulness experience, yoga class in the format of your choice, team building activities and discussions, nutrition and wellness workshops, and more. Leave feeling a more grounded sense of self and connection with your team! These retreats are customized based on the interests and needs of your group.
