Cancellation Policy

Trips, Classes and Wilderness Medicine Courses

In the event that we must cancel a program, Outback Adventures issues participants a full refund. Participants are notified of the change in plans. Our staff immediately begins the process of issuing refunds. Outback Adventures assumes no liability for expenses incurred by client outside of fees paid to Outback Adventures. We plan for success. Outback Adventures staff create programs and prepare resources and logistics with our mission, customers, and goals of the specific program in mind. We are disappointed when programs must be canceled, but it happens on occasion. Some of the reasons we need to cancel a program include: * predicted or prevailing unsafe, weather conditions * insufficient sign-ups * illness or injury among the assigned staff * rarely, other circumstances beyond our control
