Description of THA Duties
Triton Health Ambassadors (THA) will support the University’s COVID-19 reopening and operating plan. The THA Program is coordinated by the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs area and reports to Student Affairs Case Management Services in partnership with the School of Public Health and the Student Health & Well-Being Cluster. Employing a peer education model, student ambassadors will collaborate across campus in residential, on-campus and off-campus locations educating the campus and residential community on healthy behaviors including physical distancing, benefits of wearing face coverings, frequent hand washing, the use of hand sanitizer and campus COVID-19 behavior standards and policies.
