2/1/26 - Scrimmage against Cal Tech

The Tritons were invited to Caltech over the weekend for a scrimmage against the team. Traveling to Pasadena, the A and B teams came together to put up a strong fight against the Beavers.

Overall, six different players scored goals, with several standout moments, including Camryn Hoppe’s buzzer-beater tip in the third quarter and Cam Bibeau’s two set shots. The game ended in a 12–12 tie, leading to a voluntary shootout to settle the match. Shristi Bandyopadhyay, Cam Bibeau, Tania Frank, Catherine Morgan-Chun, and Kaylee Beaumont converted their shots, while goalie Emily Gevorgyan defended against the opposing attempts. The match came to a tight finish, with the Tritons battling until the final moments and looking ahead to the start of league play and future scrimmages against Caltech.
