UCSD Club Gymnastics kicked off the 2026 competition season with a successful and fun Intrasquad on Sunday, January 25th! Twenty-six athletes presented routines on vault, uneven bars, beam, floor, rings, pommel horse, and parallel bars.

Several gymnasts competed for the first time, and others leveled up and showed off new skills! The team would like to welcome Kaitlyn Lin, Ellery Date, Amy Fong, Nohely Alvarez, Alina Teodorescu, Maddie Chinke, Audrey Huang, Amanda Sorto, Amelie Bacio, Kate Allison, Maia Harris, Becca Sautter, Morgyn Young, and David Soto, who attended the event and impressed everyone with their grace, power, and spirit!

The team is so proud of everyone’s hard work and looks forward to our next competition: NAIGC Western Regionals in Chandler, Arizona!
