Get the most out of your time with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. This extremely efficient cardio-conditioning and calorie-burning 30 minute session is organized in intervals of high intensity, moderate intensity and low intensity and uses both weights and your own body weight to increase the body’s ability to use its fat stores for energy. Follow-up the HIIT session with a core conditioning workout using body weight and light weights to tone and define the areas of the abdomen,back, shoulders, chest and hips.
