Art - Youth (Ages 5-8)
Series of 4 classes playing with color and composition as we color, cut, draw, and glue our way to a classic still life!

Art - Youth (Ages 9-13)
We are wearing masks but we are still ourselves! Create scenes about who we are using our favorite art stuff!

Ballet - Youth (Age 8+) Beginning
Learn the fundamentals of ballet which help to develop self-confidence, posture and body awareness while serving as a foundation to all other forms of dance.

Creative Dance - Youth (Age 4-7)
Explore creative movement and basic dance technique in a 30 minute format that stresses fun and physical activity.

Guitar - Youth Beginning (Age 9-13)
In these guitar classes you will learn music fundamentals in exciting and challenging ways to build confidence and well-rounded ability. These fundamentals include notes, scales, intervals and chords. You will learn techniques such as body position, finger positioning and proper form. You will learn different guitar styles, such as strumming, plucking and using a pick. By the end of the period, you will be able to pick up any guitar, anytime, and play songs or improvise with knowledge, confidence and technique.

Gymnastics - Tiny Tots (age 3-4)
Tiny Tots is a fun beginning gymnastics class for kids ages 3-4 to get them moving! We will be focusing on building coordination, listening skills, and introducing basic gymnastics skills and body shapes. The class will be around 35 minutes long and is equivalent to Tiny Tots 1 and Tiny Tots 2 levels that are usually offered in person.

Gymnastics - Youth (Age 5-8)
Our online youth gymnastics will help students build strength and flexibility to learn some basic movements and skills in gymnastics. We will be introducing different exercises, stretches, body shapes, and basic gymnastics skills. We will be introducing drills to help them develop skills such as forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

Hip Hop - Youth Beginning (Age 6-11)
This 45 minutes class focuses on getting youth dancers to be more familiar with hip hop dance techniques. Kids will learn fun and engaging steps to music and understand body awareness.

Kobudo - Beginning (Age 10+)
This class covers the basics of weapons used in traditional Okinawan karate. Students will be introduced to the stances and hand movements used to effectively use a wooden staff (bo). It is advised that students participate outside with a staff or wooden dowel about the height of the student. This class is meant for students with at least 2 academic quarters of traditional Okinawan karate.

Okinawan Karate - Advanced (Age 7+)
This class is most suitable for students with at least three terms of beginning Okinawan Karate experience. Stationary and moving basics (kihon) for blocks, strikes, and kicks as well as a variety of stances are taught and improved. The basics are applicable to more advanced traditional Okinawan karate forms (kata).

Okinawan Karate - Beginning (Age 7+)
This class is open to students of all levels. The focus of the class is on the fundamentals of traditional Okinawan karate with an emphasis on improving coordination between stances and hand movements, as well as balance and reaction time. Standing and moving basics (kihon) including blocks, strikes, and kicks are taught that can be applied to forms (kata) and sparring (kumite).
