YOGA: Strong Body, Clear Mind, Balanced Spirit. Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. Whatever your reason for practicing, or your level of experience — we welcome you.
MEDITATION: Meditation is the act of cultivating mental energy and attention in order to calm the mind and release tension. We offer a number of different experiences and techniques in our classes open to students, staff and community members from weekly classes to workshops and even retreats.

The words for mind and heart are the same in many languages. In the West, however, mind and heart are considered distinct, separate, and too often the intellect is valued more. As human beings, we are at our most powerful when we come from the union of these two aspects of Self: wisdom and compassion; knowledge and love. Beyond our intellect is the power of love that yokes us to universal consciousness.
