YOGA: Strong Body, Clear Mind, Balanced Spirit. Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. Whatever your reason for practicing, or your level of experience — we welcome you.
MEDITATION: Meditation is the act of cultivating mental energy and attention in order to calm the mind and release tension. We offer a number of different experiences and techniques in our classes open to students, staff and community members from weekly classes to workshops and even retreats.

Yoga Nidra offers a profound respite from the frenetic pace of work and school, an antidote to stress, overwhelm and depletion. During this workshop we'll discuss and explore how the practice of Yoga Nidra allows for deep rest and restoration by activating the parasymapathetici nervous system. Gentle movement will precede a fully guided Yoga Nidra meditation done lying down. You will leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and rejuvenated!
