Our Fitness and Yoga classes are available with the purchase of either the Rec Activity Pass, Premium Rec Membership, the 10x or 1x Fit-Yoga Pass. Drop in to classes at your convenience! Purchase a pass and check out the schedule below. 10x passes have no expiration date, and 1x passes are valid only on the date of purchase.

Rec Activity Pass and Premium Members can attend all Fitness and Yoga classes listed on the schedule with the exception of Strength and Small Group Training.
- Classes on the live calendar that have the ‘Sign Up’ link will require a reservation.
- Clients can begin making reservations 3 days prior up to the start of class.
- Each class will have a 5 person waitlist.
- Clients with a reservation have priority over waitlisted or drop-in clients for the first 5 minutes of class. After 5 minutes, waitlisted and drop-in clients can take the available spots.
- Please bring your own yoga mat to Yoga and Pilates classes.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel to all Cycle classes.
- Use of mobile phones, head phones and other devices is not allowed in Fitness & Yoga classes.
