Aerial Silks - Level 1
Develop core strength, endurance and flexibility through 'aerial' silk acrobatics. Introduction to basic wraps, climbs and drops. Just like Cirque du Soleil. No experience necessary.

Aerial Silks - Level 1.5
Students will further develop strength, flexibility, and silks knowledge while learning new climbs, wraps, and drops. Need to be proficient in Beginner I skills. Students should exhibit level proficiency before moving on to the next level.

Aerial Silks - Level 2
Students will further develop strength, flexibility, and silks knowledge while learning new climbs, wraps, and drops. Need to be proficient in Beginner 1 and 1.5 skills. Students should exhibit level proficiency before moving on to the next level.

Aerial Silks - Level 3
Students will further develop strength, flexibility, and silks knowledge while learning new climbs, wraps, and drops. Need to be proficient in Beginner 2 skills.

Aerial Silks - Level 4
Students will learn more advanced climbs, wraps, and drops with a strong emphasis on fluidity, technique and control. Must be proficient in all previous levels.

Aerial Silks - Silks Conditioning
A multi-level class emphasizing conditioning. Reach new heights (literally) in your personal fitness. More advanced students will be challenged with a level appropriate workout. No experience necessary.

Aerial Silks - Silks Open Gym
Open to students who are currently enrolled in a UCSD Silks class, or was enrolled in a course the quarter prior. Open gym is not appropriate for students who have never taken aerial silks before.

Aerial Silks - Mobility and Flexibility
Build body awareness through stretching and light conditioning to further enhance your aerial silk skills.
