Learn the art of silks acrobatics just like what's performed in Cirque du Soleil. These unique activities help develop core strength, endurance and flexibility. Lessons are offered with various levels of experience.
We offer a wide range of aquatic lessons including adult water adjustment, swim conditioning, and swim lessons. All lessons are offered with various levels of comfortability and skills experience.
Classes are offered all year round with a wide range from bootcamp, yoga sculpt, cycling, to mediation. Looking to stay active, purchase a fit-yoga pass for unlimited access to classes!
Mission Bay Aquatic Center is a cooperative collegiate waterfront center jointly owned and operated by Associated Students of SDSU and UC San Diego Recreation. Last year over 30,000 participants experienced surfing, sailing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, stand up paddling, waterskiing, rowing, kayaking, and windsurfing. UCSD students receive a discount on classes, rentals, lessons, and events and must provide proof of current student status (ID).
A FREE program offered to current students. Eight weeks of small group sessions, with each week dedicated to a different topic/workout. A personalized workout will be designed for each participant at the end of the class.
Our Private Lessons programs provide individualized training with our instructors, giving you the opportunity to helping your achieve your goals. We offer private duet pilates, pilates, surfing, swimming, tennis, and yoga lessons!
Looking to learn how to surf? This comprehensive introduction to surfing will teach you the fundamental skills of the sport, including ocean conditions, safety and proper etiquette. Surfboards are provided for class use.
