Swimming for fitness...the easy way

Let us help you develop a swim workout that is fun and challenging.  Whether you're new to swimming for fitness or want to ease back into scheduled workouts, these classes will provide you with a solid foundation to build upon.  Swimming drills and training techniques are introduced to help you meet your individual goals.  Classes are offered in the mornings, afternoons and nights at our indoor and outdoor pools to fit your schedule.
