Outdoor Leadership Development Program

This comprehensive leadership curriculum is designed to shepherd a prospective outings instructor through the Outback Adventures leader training progression. Participants will build instructional and technical skills (i.e. backpacking, climbing, kayaking), learn and practice leadership and group management, and experience personal growth. This program is multifaceted, involving technical trainings, leader retreats, workshops and weekly guide meetings.
