POLICIES
 

 

  • Returns                      
  •  
    • All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and must be accompanied be a receipt.
    • Only same day returns will be refunded, all others will be for in-store credit only.
    • Items paid for by check or cash will be refunded through means of a mailed check, issued from the RIMAC offices
    • All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, unless it is determined that there is damage due to manufacturing defects.
  • Crush/Kreed Eyewear
    • Customer must return broken eyewear to Surf Shop.  New shades can be taken and credit for original pair will be credited towards the new pair.  Credit cannot be issued without proof of purchase and original glasses.

 

  • Warranty Claims
    •  The following categories are eligible for in store warranty/defect return/replacement: All apparel lines, all sandals (except Rainbow), surfboards, hardgoods accessories, wetsuits, and backpacks
    •  The following categories for warranty claims must be submitted by the user to the vendor: Sunglasses, watches, and Rainbow sandals.

All returns/exchanges/warranties are subject to approval by management
