UCSD Masters Registration Form	This form is not available on line at this time within the Master's web site, however, the registration must be filled out with the program fees paid, before beginning the UCSD Masters Sports Program. Forms are available in the UCSD Recreation Magazine, or on campus at RIMAC or the Canyonview Pool. Registrations for all programs is at the Sales Desk, in the front lobby of RIMAC.
