The holidays always seem to be hectic. How can I continue to train and keep my head in place while the world around me is spinning at 100 MPH?
Good question. It's an interesting time of the year, isn't it? Staying in shape during the holidays will also keep you healthy, if you find the best balance of training, work and 'life'.
One way is to continue to make space for your workouts, in spite of the increased demand for your time. Protect it. Do not give it away to fit something else in it's place. Once removed from your schedule, replacing your workout time is harde than it may seem. Fitness is a way of life.
