    Tuesday: 6:00AM Track with Terry
    MS: 5 min progressive build, 3 x 400 descend, 2 x 1 mile @ VO2 pace, 3 x 400 descend.

    Tuesday: 6:00AM & 5:45PM Turbo with Terry
    Turbo-T: WU: 5min up rpms every min. starting @ 90rpms. 5x 30 sec. ILTs. repeat 5min spin up. MS: Two times thur> 5min build LCR, 4min SS @ 90rpms & 80% hr, 3min fast spin in scr, 2min out of saddle, 1min easy recovery. RUN: 10min steady off bike. * 5min easy spin between sets.

    Tuesday: 5:45PM Track with James

    Thursday: 6:00AM Track with Terry
