5:45-7:15pm Tuesday with James Sheremeta
5:45-7:15pm Thursday with Tom Piszkin
TURBO WORKOUTS: 6:00-7:30am (Tues on the track & Fridays on the patio).
* All run workouts meet on the south end of the track!!
TUESDAY 10/21: LD = 6-8 x 1000 @ 10k pace w/ 200 recovery &
SD = 4-6 x 1000 @ 5k pace rotating 200 surge / 90sec to 2min recovery (200).
THURSDAY 10/23: Main Set > 3-4 miles at threshold - 5min easy then 10min alternating (60sec fast/ 60sec easy) x 5.
The UCSD Triathlon Collegiate Team is hosting an Aquathlon and 5K Beach Run at La Jolla Shores on the morning of Sunday, October 25. All proceeds from the event will go to benefit the UCSD Triathlon Club Team. It’s a great way to spend a Sunday morning, especially when entries (which range from $25 to $15/person) are that cheap!

Triathletes should be able to run, bike and swim with some proficiency. We meet at the track for all the run and bike workouts and the Canyonview pool for swim workouts. A limited number of turbo trainers are available for the turbo workouts. If you have your own turbo trainer, please bring it with you so you can learn to train on your own equipment. Oh, yeh...bring your bike with you!
(All Friday turbo workouts will be at the Spanos Training Facility - North Patio - just above the track. Tuesdays will be on the track.)
Registration for new participants will be at RIMAC or the front desk at the Canyonview Aquatics Center.! Renewals can also be paid at the Canyonview Pool Front Desk.

**Triathletes may attend any swimming, running and turbo workouts!!
All of our athletes must be affiliated with a National organization for liability purposes. Please register online or download the forms and mail 'em in. Carry your form with you (good if you travel).
