QUARTERLY TRACK WORKOUTS


          Tuesday &  Thursday 6:00-7:30am with Terry Martin

Tuesday 5:45-7:15pm with James Sheremeta

Thursday 5:45-7:15pm with Tom Piszkin  


 
All workouts meet down on the south end of the track!!


** Always make sure to get in a proper warm up before the main set.

Runners should know how to run safely on a track, in a group setting. Speed is not required but a good base is recommended.  All interested adult runners are welcome to join our running family!

(All workouts meet at the North Campus Track)  

Community Membership:
Quarterly- $120.00 (includes facility use card)

Daily: $10.00

*If you already have a REC CARD the Program Fee is only $70.00.

Student Membership:
Daily- $4.00 / Quarterly- $55.00

National Sports Registration Forms for 2014.

All of our athletes must be affiliated with a National organization for liability purposes. Please register online or download the forms and mail 'em in. Carry your form with you (good if you travel).
